I joined on Nov 2020 in EY GDS as Senior 1,so when I will be getting progression for senior 2?

I really like finance, but I want to be a sole proprietor. Any ideas of what I can do besides making my own hedge book?

I failed my first exam and now I am having a difficult time gaining the focus and drive I once hard to study and seat for another… did anyone went through that same thing or similar how did you over come that? I tend to set high expectations for myself and get overwhelm when those expectations are not met… but I’m working on that.

Has anyone successfully been able to pivot to careers without stepping back after 10+ yrs of implementation work? I’d love you hear your journey and how you went about doing so.

Hi , I am 48 and from India, recently after covid i had to switch my career from manufacturing to IT. i underwent training in Salesforce for an year and then fortunately got recruited and its been now more than a year in Salesforce plus my 17+ year experirence in manufacturing. It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?

Hey anyone has advice on fixed income execution trader in a buy side firm?
