What job title would you use for someone who is responsible for assessing current skills gaps in the enterprise, leveraging talent marketplace and AI to identify the current skills of the workforce, and support strategic initiatives surrounding talent planning/forecasting? Something that wouldn’t include Talent Management or Workforce Planning in the title.

If I run scrum/standup meetings for my team, go through our dev board (Jira), keep track of people's work in OPS and Dev. Does that mean I am in between a scrum master/PM? My position is pretty vague (Associate Engineer). I am kind of stuck in between technical and non-technical and really don't know where to start if I am wanting to pursue a career in either, BA/PM or scrum master. Any tips?

Evaluating a job offer (yay!)
I have 8 years of HR experience, no college degree, and no HR certification. Titles held have been HR Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Associate HR Manager, and most recently, HR Director for only four months (toxic). Geographically speaking, salaries are not very high. I was offered $45k in an hourly role as a site HR rep for a hotel with about 50 employees in a bustling college town. Should I try to negotiate more pay? Any input is appreciated.

How do you deal with managers or directors younger than you who don’t have strong leadership qualities due to lack of experience? I’m in my mid-thirties and the director of product is mid-twenties. They rose through the ranks as the startup grew so they really know the product and company but they don’t have a lot of experience managing a team. It’s frustrating to have someone lead without having the skills to lead or the insight to give industry or career advice. How have others handled it?

Transitioning out of a small business owner role as a manufacturers rep in the foodservice industry and looking to transition into tech sales in or around the Austin area. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members.
Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?
