Team wanted few details related to PERM recruitment stage. If the result from the recruitment is that they found a qualifying candidate, then what happens next? Has anyone experienced this ?

PERM got approved- BAL initiated case for I-140. I’m promoted to Manager this year. Is there any issue filing my I-140 with USCIS?
