Heard really bad review’s about I-140 processing in Deloitte. Just got my H1B picked up. Does it make sense to stay in the firm and process I-140 or I must lookout for other companies and plan to switch?

If you leave the US because of failed H1B attempt with a L1 visa, how hard is it to move companies under the latter? If you decide to leave your employer, what is the process like to keep the visa?

Is Deloitte Advisory filing H1 B renewals uner premium processing?

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?

How flexible is Deloitte with the start date because of H1b processing time? I signed the offer mid-may for July 12 because it seemed realistic enough for premium H1b transfer. But the lawyers seem slower than what I was used to and July 12 does not seem likely. Is this going to be a problem?

If I'm an SM up for promo, does Deloitte re-adjust me to an EB-1? I can't imagine PMDs dealing with this visa extension hassle every 3 years.
