Does anyone feel like they are underpaid compared to their US citizen peers? I’ve been working at this company for 5 years straight out of college. My starting salary was significantly less than my friends that were doing the same exact role. Throughout the years I’ve received 0% raise and $0 bonus in my compensation multiple times even when my performance of good. I am a SC and I make less than my partner who is a C. I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. I'm now severely burnt out (most of my team is) and not sure which way to go, or how to grow. Any tips/advice?

Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies. My current TC is 95k. Is it worth making the jump if the offer is north of 110k? Anything I should look out for? The client and coworkers were all nice, but I remember being stressed on the project due to limited resources.

Hello !! my PWD is in progress and im due for promotion this year (level IV to Level V) my designation would also change but not responsibilities. Will this affect my PWD or PERM process. I reached out to BAL and they said if role/responsibilities change ill have to start from first. Does change of desination mean change of role ?
