1) Deloitte has to file for my H1B extension. It is set to expire in Nov. I have reached out to lawyers and no response. Is there anyway to expedite this and escalate?

2) My PWD is approved but Deloitte hasn’t filed my PERM yet. I’m in tech solutions. Any insight as to when Deloitte will restart PERM?

Is L5 at google a good exit for a first year EM (3 years post MBA) at McKinsey. Got 5 yoe non tech pre MBA

How is HCl for SAP projects and do they provide base location as mumbai?

Does Deloitte sponsor H1Bs? The website says they don’t sponsor, so slightly confused as I see people here posting about having offers and will be soon going though H1B process. For context I am not in the USA.

I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?

How flexible is Deloitte with the start date because of H1b processing time? I signed the offer mid-may for July 12 because it seemed realistic enough for premium H1b transfer. But the lawyers seem slower than what I was used to and July 12 does not seem likely. Is this going to be a problem?
