Help!! I have a student who puts absolutely everything in his mouth - crayons, markers, grass, mulch, paper towels, etc. How can I redirect him? He has a chewy but won’t use it. He’s 3.

4 year-old pinches kids ears to the point of bleeding/laughs when they cry. We have tried everything; time out, safe space, replacement behaviors, telling him to touch gentle. At my wits end!!!
