Question for those who also struggle with depression (or other mental illness): how do you handle being in a busy time (55-60ish hours billed weekly for a few weeks in a row) while also in a depressive episode? Outside counsel has been prepping company witnesses for a trial in August. It is my subject area so I am supervising outside counsel. I did not, however, choose the counsel. He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either. 4 year-old pinches kids ears to the point of bleeding/laughs when they cry. We have tried everything; time out, safe space, replacement behaviors, telling him to touch gentle. At my wits end!!!
