Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). I have cleared three round of interviews in VMware for a business analyst position. One primary screening and two technical rounds. One more round is scheduled for further discussion. So is it a technical round or not. Also how many rounds are there going to happen.

I have an extremely gifted 3-year-old that just demonstrated his ability to read at what I’m guessing would be an EOY kinder or BOY first-grade level. What assessment tools can I use to evaluate his reading level? His attention span is extremely limited.

Has anyone used Edmark? My student reads very well, but has absolutely no reading comp. He’s very reliant on what he sees/the last thing read for the answer & I don’t know what to do to help. He’s 9

I have a young student with CVI and extremely limited mobility. She is able to vocalize but not speak. However, I’ve seen her response and mannerisms change (positively) in the presence of parents and siblings which leads me to believe that she is cognizant enough to possible use a communication device. However, I don’t even know where to start with researching the best one for her. Any suggestions?
