I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. I have an extremely gifted 3-year-old that just demonstrated his ability to read at what I’m guessing would be an EOY kinder or BOY first-grade level. What assessment tools can I use to evaluate his reading level? His attention span is extremely limited.

Help!! I have a student who puts absolutely everything in his mouth - crayons, markers, grass, mulch, paper towels, etc. How can I redirect him? He has a chewy but won’t use it. He’s 3.

4 year-old pinches kids ears to the point of bleeding/laughs when they cry. We have tried everything; time out, safe space, replacement behaviors, telling him to touch gentle. At my wits end!!!

I have a young student with CVI and extremely limited mobility. She is able to vocalize but not speak. However, I’ve seen her response and mannerisms change (positively) in the presence of parents and siblings which leads me to believe that she is cognizant enough to possible use a communication device.
