I have spent a lot of money in all kind of exams (blood, fecal, X-rays) and it seems that he is just picky. But not a normal picky, a whole new level: He can spend a complete day without eating and even start vomiting bile because of starvation and still, doesn’t eat. He is used to have a lot of toppers and different things on his food so he can eat (not table food). I don’t know what to do now. I’m exhausted.
