Any experience with having to plan for your interim while on maternity leave? I’m going to be out at the beginning of the school year and was told I have to plan for the sub but will be unpaid.

We had a SPED teacher quit mid year and now 15 students on his caseload have had NO case manager for 2 months. Anyone else hear of this? Is this legal? Ideas?
I have a first grader who has a 2 sec attention span. I have to use a scripted ELA curriculum with lots of talk but not much writing. She NEEDS to do something focused on the lesson. Any ideas? TIA

2 other sped teachers tested my kids on NWEA. 2 finished in 14 min., 1 in 16 min & 1 in only 7. Only 1 took 24 min. I’m irate. They all went down significantly. How would u feel? What would u do?
