Was Facebook targeting older folk, you think? I thought they had an issue staying relevant with the next generations. Not sure the music choice makes a Zoomer want to go to Facebook.
Do you think brands hold their creative bravery back too often? It seems like the only time they’re willing to take a risk is with a platform like the Super Bowl.
After watching this years ads I can confirm the death of creativity. Rest In Peace you had a good run.
That Audi ad was so cringe
How does Maisie Williams + Let It Go (two of my favorite things) = bad? And why the wink? Just... why?
That was fun by Audi. Love the choice of song.
The actual game is better than the commercials this year. It’s the first in a few years for me. Calling it.
I wanna rock a fun one for copywriters
Facebook is slowly but surely finding its groove.
‘It’s a Tide Ad’ — a tough act to follow?
Rock, get it? Get it?
Fishbowl > Facebook Groups
Ok that was the funniest Tide spot of all.
That Secret ad should get backlash far worse than Peloton. Not just the agency. Client also not coming into a good meeting with their boss tomorrow.
No facebook. Trying way too hard. Just no.
Really like the Jeep spot.
A bot on reddit is linking to all of the superbowl ads (constantly updated too), just in case you missed one. https://www.reddit.com/r/television/comments/exwejs/super_bowl_liv_ads_in_order_constantl…
I love the Jeep spot. Great use of a celebrity. Car did not feel like a force for but rather an essential part of the story. And that groundhog! Really well crafted spot.
The crowd has spoken. JEEP
I have a soft spot for Jeep, since I did a couple of SB spots for them in my career. Bill Murray + a furry little cute fat friend are winners.👍🏾
All this uber woman stuff is really bad! Secret, etc Enough! Some trope set to cheesy music... But the Katie Sowers Surface spot is the right way to show empowered women. True and really cool.
Bill Murray and Jeep for the steal!
Groundhog Day wins it for me. Perfect cultural reference to fit the message and a lovely execution.
I know the game isn’t even over yet but instinctively what’s living well in your memory? For me, Pringles Rick and Morty is still making me smile.
Timing sucked for Katie Sowers spot, what with her defense giving away 7 points right before the break.
Bud, appreciate the 180 twist on typical American. Will reinforce the core pro-American beer audience.
Do you think Jeep and the agency called Bill Murray’s 1-800-number and then he just showed up on set?
Bud ad was pretty on point.
My night is complete now.
