Heyy does anyone have any tips for an entry level media planner? I graduated last year and landed a FT offer at an agency. I’ve been working from home for almost a month now and honestly it has its pros and cons. Not only is it harder getting to know your team, but there haven’t been much guidance from my manager and the lingo takes some time to get use to. What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.
