Could someone share job security in tiger analytics at all level??

I recently got shortlisted for a Product Manager position at Tracxn. There’s also an IPO coming up which is the reason I had applied.
But I have read some horrifying reviews about the company on Glassdoor, indeed and other forums.

I’m wondering whether it’s worth going through the interview process and I’d also like to hear opinions from anyone who has worked with the company or is aware of the company culture.

Hi all! I recently finished my Masters in Biology. I worked on a few studies with human subjects as well as animal work. I am hoping to get a job in clinical research as either a CRC or CRA. I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. What advice do you all have for entering the field in my position?

So I just received a job offer through a recruiter & tried negotiating the pto and vacation.

I asked just for a few more days 2-4 but im terrified they might reject the offer all together. I’m definitely over thinking 😭 but I’m hoping they get back to the recruiter before leaving the office for the weekend.

IMO I’ve never seen more pharma jobs open. And I keep seeing so many people in non-pharma looking for new jobs... well, we’ve got them. What’s the disconnect? Why do you think people won’t make the switch?

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle. Where can we get those details to check the required and expected things to go the next level?
How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)
