Hi all! I recently finished my Masters in Biology. I worked on a few studies with human subjects as well as animal work. I am hoping to get a job in clinical research as either a CRC or CRA. I previously worked at a doctors office as a care manager for 4 years, but outside of my academic work I don’t have experience in research. What advice do you all have for entering the field in my position?

Was recently offered a job in Hawaii that would be a much larger role than I currently have (deputy chief architect). The downside is the cost of living is nearly double my current location and I would only be getting a 40% pay increase.
