When to sell at a loss?

I’m 26 and have a fair chunk of my NW tied to Cloudflare - a tech stock that I believe has the opportunity to 3x and become a $100b+ company over the long term. Similarly, I have a lot in cloud computing etf - WCLD.

Given short term rotation out of growth stocks, I’m confused on what to do. I think we still have some time before growth stocks bottom out, but do I sell?

I would consider myself a “long only” investor, but am unsure what to do given my lack of diversif

Today is supposed to be our “day off.” I always laugh when I see emails announcing special days off. What’s even funnier are the reminders about “half days.” Hilarious.

It's not commutable by road but i can come here in short notice if any. I'm currently not assigned to any project so no one checks if I go to office. Currently I had interview with Capgemini . All rounds were good . I think I have answered all the questions correctly . It seems hiring manager is also interested. Now it has been 4 days , I didn't get any response .

What is the best time of the year to be in the notice period?

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.
