Hang out with friends, watch a movie, play board games, read a book, go hiking, pick up a hobby, take road trips, play sports, play music, volunteer, go to church, go to a concert, hit the beach, go camping, go to a cabin, etc. - the list is endless!
Did you say hit the beach? 😂
You live in Colorado. Get into outdoor activities. Not a lot of room for late night bars if you’re getting up at 5am for hiking or skiing.
I seriously love a sunrise hike or bike ride. 😂
Hike, camp, rock climb - indoors or out, ski in the winter, go to a sporting event, red rocks concerts or movies, paddle boarding, tubing, festivals, trivia, join a sports league, etc. There are tons of awesome things available at all times in the area. Although if you’re thinking in Denver specifically, then the list might look a little different and less familiar to me. If you have any questions about any of the above activities, I am happy to help.
Go out to clubs.
If you're trying to meet people, theres clubs/groups for pretty much everything out here. Join a ski group, a kickball league, a hiking group, etc. Whatever you're interested in. They're hit or miss but after trying a few you'll find some community! Just gotta put yourself out there.
Volunteer
I second volunteering, it's a great way to meet like-minded people
Check out VOLO it’s a sports/social league, come games involve drinking/bars
Thanks y’all I appreciate the advice and many of these are great! I should have specified that I meant Friday/Saturday nights as I’m already spending my days hiking or exploring parks.
Get ready for ski season! Find a ski lease. Join some adventure groups.
