I recently found out that I was being paid less than everyone in the team (more than 25% gap to more expe teammates, around 15% less than new hires)
We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:
On a work visa
Non-white
Non-male
What would you recommend doing?
Keeping it to myself?
Speaking up? How? With who?

For anyone who transitioned to fund accounting at a top tier fund, how big was the adjustment and learning curve? I have 2 years of audit experience and 1 year of deal advisory experience

We decided to do a photo session before the wedding for the two of us and family. The photographer and the location were amazing but the makeup was terrible, and because I was low on time, I couldn't fix it before the photos. The makeup artist make me look yellow! What did you do with your RSU’s after it vested? Did you keep it or was it sold and reinvest to another stock/fund/etf?

Currently in audit and want to switch to transaction services. I’m a senior now and an offer from accounting advisory just came in. I tried applying to TAS but no returns from it. Will it be easier to switch to TAS from accounting advisory?

Moving to SF from NY anyone have ideas as to best areas to live that are fun and hipster but also a bit boujie if that's possible and not too expensive (realize a long shot)
