So I was laid off back in mid April after 5 short months with a job that I absolutely loved. I'm actually a Registered Nurse; I've emailed support to find out how to change myself from a physician to RN. Are there any nurses on here who were able to get their foot in the door doing CDI without having CDI experience? I've been a nurse; overall, for 16 years. My clinical background is in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Infectious Disease with the last 10 years being away from bedside in Pharmacovigilance. Is it possible to land a CDI position without experience? So far I've had zero luck
