Can you sell your used shrm cp books from the learning system? If so where?

We are a small business transitioning into a remote-first workplace. I would love to hear any remote programs or ideas that other companies have implemented (e.g benefits, employee engagement, recognition etc.)

I have a large team managed by 2 regional managers. I do bi weekly calls and updates on business changes etc. The other guys are day to day operations. I’ve been in post for 4 months. Im finding it hard to engage them all. They are very silent on this call and I need advice or tips on how to improve on this. This is my first experience of this tbh. They are working from different countries remotely 🥲. Helppp the old any questions at the end and a tumbleweed passes by……

I’m in Africa and once my contract is up I’ll have to go back to my home country where there are 0 PM jobs. Getting a visa to another African country is a nightmare and it’s actually easier to get hired in Europe.

Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? And how would I be able to cross over to management?

Do you think the legal industry will ever move away from the billable hour? I don’t see its advantages for clients or firms in the current environment.
We have the data to accurately predict the cost of litigation, and a flat fee would help settlement agreements move along because that cost is already known.

What is typical for an equity sales associate at a BB, base + bonus?
