Does anyone here build Microsoft power apps as apart of their job description? Just got asked to take on that task as apart of my role in addition to web design and just curious their experience with it.

I already got a job offer in Singapore and had submitted all the docs required to HR. My question would be how long is the EP's processing time? And what are the chances to have my EP application rejected? I have 4 years of experience at my current firm, is that too little?

My friend joined RBS with 18 LPA (1,80,000 is the retirement funding) rest comes in basic & benefit funding. What will be the monthly in hand amount?

72k + 7% bonus + WFH permanently

Or

90k hybrid 2-3 days in the office. (20min drive now however I am moving an 1.5 hours away)

They both have their benefits and company match.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

ACN 🐠- Has anyone been able to transfer from Big 4 or any other firm to ACN and got them to transfer H1B? I have an approved I140 if that helps.

I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.

As far as I heard HCL is having good projects in my domain.

I Appreciate suggestions I was initially in Support project doing L2 Support executive job after much try I finally got released and now allocated to citi transactional project not much information is shared yet will be working on spring .
Can someone advise if this will be fruitful as I have heard citi project are not that good not much learning.
