My last agency hired back a ton of the people who were laid off (thankfully I landed a new gig, would not go back to that place). They decided to bring back 10/19 that were laid off. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist?
