What’s the best way to go about getting off a team you don’t want to be on due to them forcing you into huge assignments you don’t have enough availability for? Like being scheduled 3 hours a week but actual is 30+ hours and they don’t change your assignments or scheduled hours

I have been working for 7 years in a very niche HR specialization and while I wear many hats on the HR team, I feel like this is hard to express to recruiters or even get an interview for an HRBP role.
