Have you had an agency ask you to sign a non-compete to freelance for them? A small agency tucked this into the NDA, and it essentially says I can't work on anything that *may* be a conflict with the agency or their clients *present or future* without getting written permission from them. 🧐To be clear, I'd be working hourly projects, as needed --- even though they say "retainer." I've been freelancing for 8 years, and I've never encountered this before. Would you sign?
