I get mistaken as a student at the school I work at. How can I establish my authority in the classroom as well as on campus?
Like many of you, my organization is working remotely due to Covid restrictions. Thinking about an MBA but failed accounting in undergrad... Basically, I got a D in my accounting class but ended up with a decent GPA (3.67). If I wanted to get my MBA (I’ve only casually thought about it) should I retake accounting? Would the grade severely hurt my chances? Any thoughts are appreciated :)

Even though I’m full-time on a large client, I find myself having lots of free time at work. Is this normal?
Anyone else experiencing texting fatigue during the pandemic? I love my friends, but after a full day on zoom calls the last thing I want to do is talk or text about the minutiae of everyday life. I feel like once a week or every couple of days is a happy medium for me. I know my friends mean well and they’re great, but the constant texting is wearing me out! Curious if other people feel this way?
