Could anyone give me review about Zycus for ML Engineer role? How's the work there in Zycus for ML engineer role? I have almost 1 year experience in AI/ML domain and am looking for role with high learning. Is it a good company to join with that perspective? Also, how much should I ask them for CTC? I have total 4.5 years of experience (including SDE).

Hi I was just offered a CM Manager position at Evelance aka Anthem with moderate salary 100k with 10% bonus. I was previously making 110k with 10%. Recruiter said probably would not match my previous salary and I would have to justify why I want more that job offer. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Thoughts on Peloton? I bought at $32 but recent rise make me think I should buy more...

Received an offer from EY 21 fixed + 3.5 variable+ 1 JB.. as variable % is little higher do we really get this amount in yearly payout if so how much amount we get from variable ?
I have another offer from CTS 23 fixed + 1.5 variable

Well, I was the one who broke it off. I couldn’t get him to love me the way I needed or even respect me enough. It’s been 6 weeks of not seeing each other. We messaged this week. He doesn’t get it…. His messages show he still doesn’t know what he wants. Yet, if I am totally honest, I hate how part of me wishes he would do a grand gesture/finally decide to be a better man. It’s delusional.
