Can cost cap bidding significantly impede campaign learning on Facebook? Switched client over to LTB from Daily Budgets and have seen pacing slow and CPA raise. I think it’s solely due to cost cap bid

How to get released from the tcs project?
in the past i have seen My project manager has not given them a release, in the end they have to resign.
I am in a product support project, i want to switch to another domain.
I am preparing for that but here also i work honestly. I got A band in the last 2 years, my lead is on notice period now they are making me lead ,i dont want that ( extra responsibilities with no extra money) but currently I am the only option for them.
