How does search work at McKinsey? If it’s up to x weeks paid to find a job, how will they know if I’ve already accepted an offer? I’m trying to strategically declare search so I can have a backup offer and use my time to find something better, but I want to make sure that I don’t get in trouble lol. It’s also difficult to multitask finding a job and working on studies since you’re around the clock.

Hi, I have a couple of possible opportunities moving forward in my career. Currently I am an administrative coordinator at a university handling a specific area with a helping hand in multiple others. I’m about to have a opportunity to be a procurement assistant in the same office. I also likely have an office manager opportunity in a small IT cybersecurity business.
