Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.
Appreciate your suggestions/input.

I currently work as a biomedical scientist but I want to change my career; so far I’ve done Salesforce Sale cloud consultant and Administrator exams and I am certified. I’m currently studying for the Service Cloud consultant certification .
So I would really appreciate if anyone could refer me for entry level roles in salesforce . I live in London, but I’m happy to relocate . Here’s my LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/modupe-olotu and the link to my online Portfolio https://mbosalesforcehow-to.carrd.co/
I’d like to get off this island now.

I moved from a Benefits and Total Rewards Specialist to an Employee Relations Specialist and it has been a great experience for me. It has made me more well-rounded and given me the chance to diversify in so many ways. Think of it this way, the more areas you have experience in, the more employment opportunities you have!
Did you move within the same company/HR department?
I've only moved around internally, but I appreciate learning and being more well rounded in HR! It took 3 of the depts to find out which one I prefer most, and it's recruiting!
Good luck!
I moved from recruiting to organizational development (talent management and engagement), and I did it through job-hopping externally.
If there are opportunities internally I’d try that route first. Your institutional knowledge will likely give you a leg up and you’ll likely have a shorter ramp time (and would have relationships established and understand the culture, etc). I had a hard time landing an external HR business partner role with only recruiting experience - I was only able to do that internally. Good luck!

I moved from Generalist HR to Talent Development. Feel free to DM.
