Any one here from HCL Bangalore working DBS project as a L2 Enginner?

Kindly suggest which option to opt for

HCL 27LPA with 15% VP
TCS 22LPA with 2.5L VP

I know there are more difference with Salary in HCL but I am worried about Job Security and Work as I have already reached 12 plus of experience as .Net Developer. I am planning to settle down for few years. Kindly suggest which option to opt for.

What's the confirmation procedure in TCS? In the offer letter it was mentioned that initial 3 months would be probation and after that confirmation. Could you guys please let me know if any action or follow ups required from our end or HR will do the needful ? Please let me know
