I’m in a tough spot. I started my first industry job two weeks ago (FP&A). I FINALLY heard back from another job that I have been waiting on since January (federal government agency). Pay is a little higher, but benefits are a lot better. I’m playing a pretty big role in my current position. I’d feel really bad about leaving. Anyone ever been in this situation? Should I leave or stay? Literally the only reason I’d be leaving is for better benefits.

I am transitioning into a Investment Banking RM position at ING Bank. Any advice on being a good RM? Also anyone who works at ING have some inside scoop on the company? Everything I have heard from the interview process to talking to others is that it is a great place to learn and one of the better banks from a culture aspect. I am excited that I will be getting my series licenses and credit training as well. Transition from a back office finance FP&A role so kinda excited/nervous.
