I graduated with my bachelor's in HRM and I'm wondering if there are any certifications or trainings I could do before I lock down on the SHRM-CP. I recently became HIPAA certified for my company and that got me thinking about what else I could do to add to my resume. Looking for good stepping stone certificates.

How do you litigators do it? I’m a transactional attorney caught in the middle of a client’s litigation issues and this sucks. Parties are so headstrong, confrontational but at the same time won’t even speak to each other. Do you always expect to get paid? Some of these litigators’ bills seem extreme for no actual trial occurring. I’ve never been so pleased with my chosen path.
Why do people client side think it’s ok to treat consultants so badly. They would never treat colleagues the way they treat us, it would be a HR violation. I mean, I know consultants are annoying, but we still deserve to be afforded some human decency. Instead, it’s usually aggression and rudeness.

Hey mommas - My baby is 14 weeks old and I haven't gotten my period back yet. I'm worried I'm pregnant again. When did you get your period back? For context, I'm breastfeeding but not exclusively (I am pumping and nursing as much as I can though). I've been on the pill since 6 weeks and my husband used condoms for the first few weeks once we started again. Surprisingly, I can't find anything online that's helpful. Any sense of a timeframe would be tremendously anxiety-reducing!
