I’d say about 50-60% of people (at all levels, across all age groups and races) list their gender pronouns in email signature. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter).
