How are you all getting wine/beer during this time?

I'm not necessarily unhappy with the firm I'm at, but have started looking into in house opportunities, as I've seen some interesting openings. I understand this will likely come with a pay cut (perhaps in exchange for a better work/life balance....tbd), but does anyone have any thoughts on other considerations/questions I should be thinking about/asking? Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.

We’re planning to be in Kauai for a week in mid-December, but I’m thinking of extending the trip an extra 10 days. Would we have enough to do with a 4yo in tow? Or maybe not worth it to stay that long? Staying at the Grand Hyatt first week, then downgrade to Sheraton Coconut Beach.
