Does culture/hustle/work-life balance actually differ from coast to coast?

I’m a junior FA who’s done really well this year and might even end up surpassing my senior FA in production. Currently our split is 70/30 me on my production and 0 his because he took me on as a trainee. What are your thoughts on renegotiating split taking into account I’m at a wire?

Any suggestions on how to continue helping a new employee in our dept when they do not take notes? I am always willing to help, but it is becoming frustrating to constantly go over the same thing. I have expressed that because our dept does so many things that it is good to take notes over the things we are going over. When our MGR was out of town I spent a large amount of time being patient and helping her all throughout the day. It is now taking time from the task that I need to work on.

Two offers. Is it best to choose the company that is most stable because it’s larger but lacks a clear product offering and entering a new sector or the company that is more in growth phase but has clearer product offering?

bases are off by 20k, haven’t countered yet. OTE sounds comparable but have more faith in the clearer product offering.

Hi. I'm looking for recommendations for an easy to set up and administer intranet solution that you have used for onboarding.

POV: 2 and s half months into a new job: position internal sales support. Request of SM to find all potential customers in 2 main areas of sales and send them the information of companies name as well as contact name and sort the info from most important company to least, all from scratch.
The SM knows I am new to the industry and have no previous experience in it.
Is this something normal to ask to have done? Is it normal to give a few days to hand in the requested information?
