I’m sending resumes out far and wide, ideally I’d be in a new role ASAP. I’m already starting to get requests for phone screenings so formal interviews will probably be on the way. The kicker is that my wife is 6 months pregnant and our first child is due next February, which is busy season the public accounting jobs I am applying to. I feel like requesting paternity leave or letting them know a baby is coming will make hiring me more difficult. How do I approach this, and when do I do it?

The only way I know to do that is a Certificate of Good Standing, which I can’t get in a day. Other ideas? I am a Salesforce Developer with 2.2 YOE. I have offers from big4 (Deloitte, KPMG) and a product based company (Sparta Systems, A Honeywell Company). In Sparta Systems I will be working on Salesforce and cross technologies (Java, AWS). Sparta has offered me 16LPA and KPMG has offered 14.5 LPA fixed and other company benefits. Should I go for a brand or Sparta in terms of learning and career growth. Money is not a concern here. Thanks in advance for any valuable suggestions.

What should be the expected CTC for Web Testing Quality engineer with 6 years of experience?

Accenture is offering me 9.2 (fixed) + 21% Variable for Level 11 (Application Development Analyst) Tried to negotiate as much as I could. I was expecting atleast 11 LPA as fixed.

Experience: 5.5 Years
Notice: 60 Days
Current CTC: 7 LPA (including 6% Variable)

This is my first offer. I am in two minds to take a decision.

1. Accept and look for other jobs within 60 days
2. Just wait for some more good offers before resigning.
