Live in SoCal with a combined household income of 210k. What is a reasonable amount to spend on a house?

💲For those who DON'T think a six figure salary is possible:

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.

Is this a milestone? Annual capital gains on my investments final equals my annual personal expense. It feels like I’m banking all my salary!

It’s not like I can retire given that they don’t produce much cash flow, but I’ve convinced myself that this is a good thing.

Gave interviews in multiple companies... Nothing working out inspite of having great interview experiences. There were some interviews which had me and interviewer making so good rapport we were joking even. Infosys tcs Accenture ibm amazon etc

2010-2016 - notice period: 30 days to 60 days max
Task - Notice period complete all pending task , provide KT to team or new team members.

2016-2022 : Notice period : 60 days to 90 days.
Task - no leave so assign all task to notice period employee. Assign so much work so he/she will need to work for atlist 10hr and utilise all notice period.
