Does anyone have the AWS Cloud Practitioner certificate and does it hold any value? I’m non-tech looking to get some certificates under my belt to be more marketable in my job search

Anyone has taken the aws cloud practitioner exam? How long did it take to prep?

I have 10 years of experience. Mostly in Unix, C++ and Visual C++ and MS SQL. I developed interest in cloud computing as like many others and was able to clear AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solution Architect Associate and Professional, AWS Security. Along with these I was able to clear 8 Azure certifications as well: 3 fundamentals, Azure Security, Azure Developer, Azure DevOps and Azure Architect. Now my main question, can I try to switch on Cloud Architect or some other similar cloud roles?

I have minor generalized anxiety. Lately, I’ve had worse anxiety than normal, and as a result, I’m taking my second mental health day in a row. I didn’t tell my firm that it was a mental health day, I just told them I was sick with non-COVID symptoms. None of the partners I work for objected or said anything negative, but I’m now getting worried that they’re somehow going to find out it was just a mental health day instead of physical illness, and that it will somehow bite me in the ass . . .

I’m usually pretty direct in saying something like “We’ll circle back on that, but [insert some insight that you can spin as relating to the question]” One or two other managers iv worked with usually try to give a BS answer and I perceive the client as seeing through the BS, which makes me cringe. What roles would a generalist tech consultant (3.5 YoE) apply for at a top tech company? I’m not a dev, and mainly have done tech strategy in the analytics space cross industry and PMO work.
