I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up

I have 32k miles with THY that are about to expire. I want out of advertising. The highs are so high, but the lows are too low.
