Hi all, I am working at Natwest Group RBS and I have recently applied for Product Manager Role(gurgaon) in Gartner. How much CTC I should ask and what is the general hike and bonus they give on yearly basis and can someone provide some insights on work life balance and leave policy?

Workers ain’t gonna demoralize themselves.
WPP has a stingy everything policy. By far the cheapest of the holding companies, in my experience.
But time off is negotiable. That's on you to do better when negotiating contracts, raises, etc.
10 days seems cheap
Unlimited pto ftw. Took a good 5 weeks last year at the ipg shop.
If you work at a shop for longer than 2 years, you're a hero.
Something something founded by a British billionaire who only cares about share price and not about the people or the work something something...
Something something now gone but the legacy lives on...
WPP the parent company? I ask because their operating companies like GroupM and Y&R have a very generous PTO policy
@Havas 1 -- what's the policy at Y&R/ group M? WPP shops I've worked all seem to offer only 10 days off PTO and that seems ridiculous.
Doesn’t every holding company have a stingy vacation policy?
We have 10 days until you reach a certain # of years. Then we have flex days in the summer and for winter holidays and extra days off for your birthday, if you donate blood, agency awards, etc. so it ends up being closer to 20 days. And sick and personal days on top of that
I worked at a WPP company (JWT) and it was 10 days. WFH policy was nonexistent. Curious what GroupM and Y&R policies are... the message from HR was always that WPP was setting the rules.
Go freelance. You'll have way more days off.
The operating companies set their own policies. Ten days is standard for new hires. At GroupM for example in addition to the 10 vacation days they offer 6 “Fry” days which were originally summer Fridays but now can be used throughout the year, 3 Personal days, the Christmas week off and of course company holidays. A third week vacation kicks in after 2 years of service. Seems fairly generous to me
