Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.

Sounds like a match for DuPont circle
I live in Gtown paying similar amount. I travel every week so no need to metro, easy to walk to DuPont, waterfront... Buildings are older so you might need to add monthly fee for a gym. Lived on U street and Clarendon in the past and Gtown is by far my favorite
VA is quite bro-y and suburbaney
Ballston/Clarendon/Courthouse if you like to try the VA area. I live in Ballston, and everything I need is walking distance away, including Urgent Care.
Don’t live in nova
Chinatown, Shaw, mt Vernon triangle
Logan circle
Dupont / Logan / Shaw
Crystal city, Pentagon city. Look into Crystal House, The Lenox Club, The Park at Arlington Ridge. Commons and WeLive (if you're open to dorm style living). Also look into Columbia Heights.
Check out Navy Yard, lots of new buildings with awesome rooftops/amenities. May be pushing it getting a “true” 1 bedroom for under 2k but some buildings still offering good move in specials! Tons of new restaurants and bars opening and right at green line metro stop (short walk to cap south stop-orange/blue/silver). Harris teeter smack in middle of navy yard and a Whole Foods opening shortly.
Shaw
If you’re looking for a cool neighborhood don’t go to crystal city
H street, Cap Hill east, Columbia Heights, Shaw
Logan circle
Anywhere in Virginia you won’t get that city feel. For that price you’re going to have to go a bit farther from metro. Woodlypark, Adams Morgan, Columbia
Heights. You can find great studios for the price nearly anywhere you want
Logan Circle if you can get lucky on finding a place. Check the buildings around 15th and Rhode Island, and N St between 15th and 14th.
Otherwise, I would look at H St. (like the Apollo). You’ll be able to find a place in your budget there and it’s fun
I love that nobody ever suggests Maryland ‘burbs when questions like this come up. It’s always NoVA v DC.
Shaw Chinatown or navy yard
Adams Morgan. Nice balance of bars/going out and residential.
DC if you wanna be a big baller.
