I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

Location : almost remote always (as i requested)
Package : 17lpa +2v + 1joining bonus

Feeling like lowballed by hr.

Curious here - my buddy just became a “Director” of Business Development in a LCOL area for a professional sports team. He likes to brag about how much he makes but I don’t really buy it. Obviously it’s subjective depending who you ask. Also, “director” gets thrown around willy nilly now. Any idea what someone like this makes? I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. I get a different reason everytime (after going through the whole process). This has never happened earlier in life and now I don't know what else to do.
