I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I got into marketing because I thought it would be an opportunity to make good money in a field where I could still exercise my creativity, but I’ve found it to be extremely stifling and bogged down by bureaucracy. Does it ever get better?

I broke my foot a few weeks ago and sitting at my desk in a cast is incredibly uncomfortable still. But, the work I do can’t really be done from the couch as there is too much paperwork involved that I prefer to physically spread out. I am a true solo. So, I am my only accountability. Does making a switch from Deloitte USI to EY-Parthenon makes sense?

Deloitte USI
Pros: Good work culture, Varied Type of Projects, Exposure to US markets
Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

EY-P is offering same fixed salary :(

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
