sharks - I have cleared the interview for the MasterCard advisors department. I have 2 doubts:

1. Hr told me that the advisors department has something called MAIP for variable payout which is always higher than other departments (all others have SIP)? Can someone clarify this?

2. Also what about 1 month WFH policy. Is it given to all. And can we get it once every year?

I had all rounds of interviews and filled in pre survey from and was waiting for my offer letter from last week, but today i got a call from HR saying that the location is Bangalore and when I was asked about the same, I clearly said Gurgaon in the interview.
He is sying to give the above in the mail and then he will discuss with team and get back to me. I am not sure if i write that and send, they will cancel my offer and not give me the offer. Confused. Urgent

I’ve been prepping hard for M&A technicals (reading R&P, biws400) for a move to an MM IB firm but got hit up to interview for a T2 consulting firm (LEK, EYP, OY).

My goal is to break into PE potentially but I’m not sure if it’s worth putting in effort for T2 consulting interviews because I believe exits from T2 are more limited compared to an MM IB like JEF. My question really boils down to how do exits from a T2 compare to that of a top MMIB? Appreciate any and all insights!

Last week I got an email from a job that I interviewed for months ago asking me if I was still looking, the current person they hired got called back to active duty and resigned. This job is a manager position with a large university and has amazing benefits, only draw back I have to go back into the office. After our 3 hour interview with the department chair, dean, and other managers they seemed very interested in me. They have completely ghosted me and I am stressing me out.

Re-invited to interview at BCG but also want to cast a wide net and apply for Mck and Bain. However got rejected last year this time at the resume screen stage. I’ve changed firms since I last applied (to a well known boutique) - is this sufficient or am I still frozen?

I’m in EY Cyber (Canada) and I keep getting audit-like projects. Actually, projects that should be under the Tech Risk team and not cyber as it’s pure “technology risk” audits.(Think SOX, ITGC; OE…) - not even NIST CSF assessments, pure audit.
I have a technical background and was promised technical work when I applied and did the interview rounds.

I am looking to get out of the retail automotive sales business and perhaps find something related, like automotive software suppler position. I have been a BDC Director and Manager and have 10+ years of experience training BD agents on process and software applications in the industry. I can't seem to get any traction with the vendors. Help me with some tips please - I got an offer from sprinklr they were ready to pay 19lakh+variable and i was waiting for the offer letter now the HR says the VP agrees to provide only 14.5 lakh. What you think i shuld do as i wanted to switch from a service company to product based growing company. Shuld i accept the offer and negotiate with the existing organization or reject it?
