I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

I have a question about energy levels and electrons. I teach 10th grade. What is more appropriate: saying the 3rd energy level can fit 8 or 18?? Technically if you include the d orbital it’s 18 correct? Does making a switch from Deloitte USI to EY-Parthenon makes sense?

Deloitte USI
Pros: Good work culture, Varied Type of Projects, Exposure to US markets
Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

EY-P is offering same fixed salary :(

My friend has following offers from three companies after MBA (two offcampus and one from campus)

1. Finance Effectiveness/ EPM role at one of the Big 4
2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4
3. Organization strategy role from one of the top consulting companies (not Big 4)

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
