A family friend has applied to Accenture, can anyone shed some light on the current application process and what types of questions are asked (in Accenture assessment centres)? I’m sure the process has changed since I applied 8 years ago!

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
