1. Cognizant - 21 fixed, 1.7 var - CTC 22.7 LPA
2. Capgemini - 22 fixed, 2.5 var - CTC 24.5 LPA
3. Fuzitsu - 24 LPA fixed, no variable pay
4. Atos Syntel - 21.3 fixed, 3.7 var - CTC 25 LPA

Which is the better career route, investment banking or law? Which one has more opportunities?

How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?

It’s Friday night at midnight and I just got out of work. I am new to FPP defense. So far it’s soul crushing. I feel like a robot just doing the same pattern pleadings and discovery over and over. If I try to be creative or ask questions I get the response that I should not recreate the wheel… basically just cut and paste. My brain feels like it’s going to rot doing this work. Just joined S&C from 8 YOE in industry. Joined as M1, but was also a manager in former industry role. How soon is reasonable to be thinking about promotion Senior Manager? What kind of salary increase comes with this promotion?
