A few months ago, I had a conversation with my manager about career aspirations and he offered lots of advice and suggestions on what I could do to progress. I came out of it feeling really positive but to date, he hasn’t helped at all. It’s like he doesn’t remember the conversation. And every time I bring it up or suggest something I could take on, it’s almost like he actively takes it away from me. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could navigate this going forward?
