I just got offered a relatively senior role at a competitor. They told me base and bonus. They said they wouldn't give me a physical offer letter until I accept. I do want to see if my current group gives me a counter offer. I know the UK pays less but I am seeing differences of $80-100k for Advisory M at one of the Big 4. Why in the world are salaries so low? And don’t say healthcare. My healthcare is like $140/month for a PPO w low deductible. Plus taxes are less here. Makes the thought of a potential move over there hard :/
