A hiring manager and I just finished an interview that only lasted 15 minutes. The manager mostly talked about the team and only asked if I’m okay with sitting for long periods of time and multitasking. I was ready for a much longer interview with more behavioral questions, but they never came. I think I did well on the few questions he asked, but is such a short interview a bad sign?
