Hey Strategy& folks,
Initially was referred for Strategy& manager and just got off the phone with the recruiter. Recruiter forwarded my S& contact to have me apply for PWC manager role when I clearly stated i was only interested in S& based on my current compensation and background.
Dont know if it is just a generic PWC manager role I was asked to apply or should i be concerned?
Background: 8 years post MBA. Currently director at CVS health. Previous experience at UHG and 2 years at Accenture.

Anyone recently exit to a strategy role in big tech? Curious about how the interview process was and whether the comp is comparable to what we make in consulting? Also wonder how the work life balance is? I haven’t started applying yet but trying to figure out whether it will be a good fit
Example roles I’m seeing: S&O Manager at Google or GTM Strategy Manager at Cisco. I’m currently at Deloitte, Senior Consultant up for Manager, MBA, 6YOE

Need some advice - Currently a Manager in Big4 Valuations and want to move to Corp Dev. No prior IB experience. I have an offer for Corporate Strategy Manager position at a large Multinational and a few CD interviews lined up. Have to get back to the Strategy offer. Is it possible to move from CS to CD later?

Waiting on a formal offer for a strategy manager position at a mid-sized startup (IPO is a few years out). I’m not familiar with equity structure as part of comp, but curious on what I should expect? Is it better to negotiate on base vs equity?

Hi Peeps I just cleared 3 rounds of interview with the Accenture Toronto Team for a Banking Strategy Manager position under Strategy & Consulting practice. Can anyone please tell me the base pay range? I have a call with the recruiter tomorrow to discuss expectations. My research online says 150-165k CAD. Is this accurate? Thank you!

What’s avg total comp for corporate strategy manager position at a Non-FAANG tech company (e.g. Stripe)? 5YOE but no MBA

Thoughts on BlockFi as exit opportunity for ex-MBB? Role: Strategy manager. YOE: 4.5 (3.5 in consulting)

Have possible exits as a Chief of Staff at a SaaS startup (20M in funding) and as a Strategy Manager at a well known D2C company. Both pay ~125K, though the startup is remote and D2C is in NYC.
