I’m having a problem with micro management and design by committee starting to rear its ugly head in my company. Product team lead not trusting his design team to make design decisions, making unreasonable demands and putting undue pressure on us. 15 years experience interviewed for BA4 grade in Barclays. Does it make sense? I thought BA4 is below manager grade and lower salaries.
